Sometimes it takes a while for a charity event to deliver its payoff, so I want to make sure we don’t miss it! The donations from the EDC Week Charity Auction in 2016 reached fruition, and it’s really magical to see what we have accomplished!
For seven years White Rabbit Group has been growing their events in Orange County.
They got their start promoting under larger promotion companies and filling small bars, they soon created their own event, an 18+ club that booked EDM called DSTRTION. Soon, an old friend called the founder of White Rabbit, Brandon Owen, announcing he had just purchased an old Theater in Downtown Santa Ana called The Yost; DSTRTION took Thursdays at the Yost and re-branded to become the epic events: HAVOC.
For the third year in a row now, Insomniac has held an EDC Week Charity Auction featuring once-in-a-lifetime experiences with some of the most influential names in the dance music industry, all in efforts to raise funds for local nonprofit organizations. Since the launch of this auction, Insomniac has raised more than $200,000. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada will receive 100 percent of the funds that are donated from this year’s Insomniac’s EDC Week Charity Auction. What would you bid on, a chance to pop champagne with Armin Van Buuren at EDC or maybe to meet Herobust and watch his set at the Basspod on stage?!
It won’t be long til we’re all reunited in Vegas for the most anticipated festival of the summer, EDC Las Vegas! For the third consecutive year, iHeartRaves and our sister brands EmazingLights and Into the AM will partner with the Luxor Hotel and Casino to bring the Lux Rave pop-up store to Electric Daisy Carnival Week June 14-18!
“After completing his packed out and trapped out Max Capacity Tour, Party Thieves is back on the road again, but this time for his headlining Grand Theft Army World Tour. He is accompanied by special guests Mayhem and Ricky Remedy, as well as some shows alongside bass legend Excision.”
